Each set comes with two choices of soup base and a plethora of premium meat, seafood and vegetables. Chef Emmanuel has crafted 5 different soup bases, take your pick from Aloft's signature Sarawak Laksa broth, the addictive Assam Pedas broth, the healthy Tomato broth, the fiery Tom Yum broth or the soothing Chinese cabbage with Winter Melon broth.
Aloft's 'Hot in the Pot' is served in their private dining rooms available for a party of 4 people (minimum) inclusive of Chinese tea will be available from Thursday to Saturday for lunch(12pm-3pm) and dinner(6pm-9pm). As seating is limited, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance to guarantee the availability and freshness of the items.
