Ngektsai melangkah jauh gik ke depan dengan perlantikan dari Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Sarawak sebagai the first ikon gigi(IGG) negeri Sarawak bahagian Kuching! Terimak kaseh kepada JKNS, khususnya kepada Bahagian Kesihatan Pergigian Sarawak atas pelantikan tok. Terimak kaseh juak kerana nangga kelebihan yg Ngektsai ada dan Ngektsai lebih dari berbangga kerana dengan adanya status sebagai ikon gigi, Ngektsai boleh memberik inspirasi kepada masyarakat di luar dan berkongsi tentang tips2 gigi & pentingnya kesihatan gigi kita. Thank you juak ngan Doktor @aminuddinnatar dan Dr Magillan atas usaha tok.

Program Ikon Gigi tok dah dilancarkan pada disember 2016, objektifnya adalah utk memperkasakan pengetahuan & kemahiran netizen dlm penjagaan kesihatan mulut dengan penerapan konsep “empowerment towards effective oral self care!”

Di bahagian Kuching, sidak mengenalpasti individu nok dipercayai berpengaruh dan individu tersebut akan dilamar utk menjadi ikon gigi agar maklumat tentang kesihatan pergigian mampu disalurkan kepada netizen dengan lebih berkesan! Alhamdulillah, Ngektsai telah setuju menerima lamaran tok. I am married!!!! Yay! Tapi jgn sedih, kuota maseh ada 3 kosong! Lamarlah lagi! Har har har

Ngektsai secara rasminya telah menjalankan latihan mengenai maklumat dan amalan kesihatan mulut utk melayakkan dirik menjadi ikon gigi. Dengan adanya Dr Magillan sebagai fasilitator di sisi Ngektsai, Ngektsai akan berkongsi tentang penjagaan gigi ngan ktk org!
